HXUC utilises a Church Management System called Elvanto.
It is accessible to every member of our church community and helps us serve one another better.
Elvanto helps to streamline most church processes into one central network. It allows us to keep a member directory to aid in communication and offers a simple way for you to keep track of when you are rostered to volunteer, as well as making it easy to keep the admin team advised of your availability.
You can request a personal login as well as opt-in to our online member directory, made available through Elvanto, by completing the steps below.
To use this system to its full potential you need to be set up with a personal username and password which can be requested by completing the following steps:
- Fill in your details below
- Once your form is validated, you will receive an email with your personal username and a link to set-up your password
Once logged in, you will be able to update your personal information and access your rosters, among other things.
Please note: Each person will be listed in the directory separately and therefore requires their personalised username and password.
Family members can amend certain details for other family members once they have logged in.
